Cement, aggregates, high-tensile steel wire and admixtures sourced from pre-qualified vendors with lot-level QA reports.

Steel preparation
Wires straightened, cut to length and threaded through moulds — every length traceable to its tensioning record.

Pre-stressing
Tensioning towers apply spec load to the wire array, ramped under controlled hydraulics.

Concrete batching
Mix design per IS specification, monitored for water-cement ratio, slump and air content.

Pouring & moulding
Concrete poured into moulds and compacted through high-frequency vibrators — no voids, consistent density.

Curing
Accelerated steam or controlled water-curing cycle to reach 28-day strength on a compressed schedule.

Testing
Load tests, dimensional checks and cube compression — NABL-grade reports against every batch.

Dispatch
